Celal Gökçe, TEİAŞ – graduated from Karadeniz Technical University with a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2011. He worked on medium- and low-voltage network projects from 2012 to 2013, then served as an operation and maintenance engineer in TEİAŞ’s regional offices from 2013 to 2018. Since 2018, he has been part of TEİAŞ’s central organization, focusing on fault analysis, identifying chronic network issues, and developing maintenance strategies to resolve them.
